Hillel Damelin
Hillel, the CEO of Swiss Re's Israel branch, is a distinguished Actuary and Senior Executive with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades in the corporate, insurance, and investment sectors across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. His multifaceted expertise and strategic insights have made him a valuable asset to numerous advisory and executive boards, where he consistently leverages his comprehensive knowledge of these dynamic markets.
His tenure at Swiss Re, a global leader in reinsurance, has further honed his skills in navigating complex financial landscapes and identifying emerging trends in the industry.

Hillel's passion lies in nurturing and guiding startups, particularly in the realms of InsurTech, FinTech, SpaceTech, and Agritech. Hilla Ovil Brener
Hilla is a Partner at Arieli Capital and a former Managing Director of Techstars Tel Aviv Accelerator, an investor, 3x entrepreneur, and a startup mentor.
Hilla’s passion is in helping entrepreneurs at all stages of the game connect the dots - finding the hidden -and not so hidden- paths to success and the people who can help them get there. For the past 20 years, Hilla has been an entrepreneur, an investor, a mentor, an advisor, and above all, a champion for the Israeli startup ecosystem which I’m honored to be an active member of. Since Hilla has been on both sides of the table, she knows how to help founders make the right decisions for their company, their teams, and themselves. Hilla is also the CEO and Founder of Yazamiyot - Women Entrepreneurs, a nonprofit organization, with a clear vision to dramatically increase the presence and number of women entrepreneurs in the Hitech & biotech industries, a community with over 6K members and various programs to help promote female founders through collaboration with leading tech companies, investors and industry leaders. Google Campus for Moms, was adopted by Google over several campuses worldwide.

Lior is the VP of Customers at Joyned, an innovative early-stage travel tech startup. Lior is a highly accomplished executive with a distinguished career spanning various leadership roles in the technology and gaming industries:
Head of Account Management & Customer Success: Led comprehensive account management and customer success strategies, contributing significantly to organizational growth and client satisfaction.
Regional Director for France and Spain (VP level): Held a vice president-level role at Playtech, overseeing operations and strategic growth in the French and Spanish markets.
Senior Commercial & Account Director (VP level) at Playtech: Managed and grew Playtech’s top-tier 1 customers, demonstrating commercial strategy and customer relationship management expertise.

Tal Weinblum
Tal is a seasoned marketer with over 15 years of expertise in crafting and implementing successful marketing strategies. Currently, she leads marketing for Startups and Digital Natives at Microsoft across Central Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa, focusing on developing strategy, GTM, and creating scalable engines designed to help Microsoft recruit new startups into its ecosystem to drive joint value propositions and GTM. Previously, she held key roles at Kaltura, including VP of Marketing, where she drove significant growth in the Media and Telecom business and established strategic partnerships. Tal’s expertise spans various industries, including Automotive, Financial Services, Energy, and Manufacturing. Known for her exceptional leadership and innovative approach, she has successfully increased market share and driven business growth. She holds an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University and a BA in Economics and East Asia Studies from Tel Aviv University.

Rica Lieberman
After 20 successful years, Rica recently left Cisco Systems to launch EPIC-Potential - an executive leadership coaching firm. For the past 5 years at Cisco, Rica ran a $200M+ recurring revenue business for Cisco System with responsibilities spanning South and Central European countries. Rica and her team worked with Cisco's customers and partners across all segments and industries to create value out of Cisco’s SaaS offers, support, and maintenance subscriptions. Rica is now using her extensive internations sales expertise to provide Executive Leadership Coaching - specifically to mid and high level executives in the technology arena. Rica was trained as a Certified Executive Coach by an iCF certified institute.

Baruch Bonen
Baruch possesses a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in global management and operations. He has demonstrated his ability to successfully lead large-scale, complex multi-system programs in the high-tech industry and effectively manage global companies. As a Vice President and General Manager in key Defense Companies in Israel, Baruch has gained extensive expertise in manned and unmanned air vehicles, homeland security, safe city, and special mission aircraft. His global experience managing and operating in various regions, including the USA, Asia Pacific, Latin America, India, Europe, Middle East, and Israel, further underscores his exceptional leadership and management skills.

Roey Carmi
Roey is a highly accomplished Strategic Client Executive at Oracle, with a distinguished background as a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the IDF. Boasting over two decades of experience techno-economic management in Unit 8200 and the Intelligence Division, he has honed his skills in business development and sales, organizational strategy development, and collaboration. Roey is well-versed in managing R&D with high risk and is proficient in Agile and waterfall methodologies of project management. He has also demonstrated his expertise in leading large scale technological development agreements and negotiations in ICT with major vendors. Notably, Roey established the first branch in the IDF completely dedicated to partnerships with startups and VCs, further highlighting his exceptional leadership and strategic capabilities.

Javier Shocron
Javier is a multifaceted individual with a wide range of skills and experiences. He is the Chief Business Officer (CBO) & Venture Partner at Masterpiece Technologies B.V. Javier is also a father, entrepreneur, investor, tech-savvy, and an amateur traveler. Over the years, Javier has held several C-level positions in various startups and was a member of the investment team at Maverick Ventures Israel, a private fund based in Tel-Aviv. Javier served over 7 years in the Intelligence Corps, IDF, where he held several management positions with a focus on Information Technologies. Javier holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben Gurion University and an MA in European Studies from the University of Haifa, where he graduated summa cum laude. Additionally, he is the chairman of AMIT (81 Unit Alumni) Association and an alumnus of SCOLA program for entrepreneurship and IASA - the Israel Art & Science Academy.
